Salary: $37.13 per hour

Join one of Australia’s Big 4 Banks in a pivotal role within our Chief Operations Office. We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Market Operations Associate to support our marketing engine.

Based in our state-of-the-art South Eveleigh precinct, you will be at the heart of our operational excellence, ensuring our marketing strategies are executed flawlessly and our data provides the insights needed to drive the business forward.


The Role

As a Market Operations Associate, you will provide critical support to the marketing team by managing the "engine room" of our campaigns. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of creative coordination, data analysis, and strategic support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Execution: Create, collate, and distribute marketing materials to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

  • Strategy Support: Assist the marketing team in the end-to-end execution of high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Market Intelligence: Support market research studies, opinion surveys, and needs assessments to help us better understand our customers.

  • Data & Analytics: Perform precise data entry and analysis; monitor and report on key metrics to measure campaign success.

  • Social Media: Assist with social media activities to promote products and engage with our digital community.


What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Operational Mindset: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, from data entry to campaign coordination, without losing sight of the details.

  • Analytical Skills: Comfort working with numbers and the ability to turn data into meaningful reports.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for creating marketing collateral and collaborating with stakeholders.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in data management tools and a working knowledge of social media platforms for business.

  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in marketing operations, market research, or a similar corporate support role is highly regarded.
